Dr. Daniel Long

Dr. Daniel Long is a graduate of Illinois College of Optometry. He practices primary care optometry, specializing in contact lenses. Dr. Long is currently the area coordinator for VisionUSA, an optometric charity program.

Dr. Long is the past President of the North Dakota Optometric Association, Mandan United Way, Mandan Lions Club and the Mandan Public Library. Dr. Long was awarded "Outstanding Young Mandanite" by the Mandan Jaycees and also received the "Melvin Jones Fellow" award by the Lions International Foundation.

Dr. John Helmers

Dr. John Helmers is a native of Kenmare, ND. He did his undergraduate at NDSU in Fargo and is a graduate of Illinois College of Optometry.

Dr. Helmers has been working at Eyecare Professionals in Mandan since 1984. He practices primary care optometry, specializing in contact lenses and therapeutics.

Dr. Helmers is a member of the North Dakota Optometric Association, American Optometric Association, a board member of the North Dakota Vision Services Inc., Mandan Ducks Unlimited and Pheasants Forever.

Dr. James Helmers

Dr. James Helmers is a graduate of the Illinois College of Optometry. Dr. Helmers is a past President for the North Dakota Optometric Association and the North Central States Optometric Congress. He played a key role in State Legislation for the American Optometric Association. Dr. Helmers also received the North Dakota "Optometrist of the Year". Dr. Helmers currently is on the North Dakota Optometric Association board of directors.

Rhonda performs all pre-testing prior to the eye examination.

Rose helps patients find the perfect frame to fit their style, dispensing eyewear and contact lenses.

Jolene
Jolene is the manager of the optical. Her specialty areas include frame styling, dispensing eyewear and contact lenses.

Joyce
Joyce schedules appointments, and performs visual fields screening and Optomap and RTA testing.

Rita
Rita helps patients with any insurance questions.
